爽片無疑，幾乎是上來就開幹。除了主角依然是盲人老漢，幾乎跟第一部沒什麼關係。有幾個地方看得人腎上腺素急升，特別喜歡前面小女孩躲避壞人的那段長鏡頭。

3.5 驚悚爽片，過癮的虐殺戲，非常淪喪的道德——母親要取女兒的心臟為自己續命，女兒剁了母親的手還親手殺了父親，這種劇情真敢想，也真不錯。

從第一部恐怖片轉成了動作片，但放棄了自己氛圍塑造的優點，剩下來的就只剩硬傷了。
