影片開頭兩位黑人到韓國人開的雜貨店買東西，本來好好的，但是兩個韓國夫婦從頭到尾把他們當賊看，為此發生一點口角，他們就開槍打死了店裡的工作人員，之後他們就踏上了不歸路了...... 影片導演是黑人休斯兄弟。儘管他們還比不上影壇的另外幾對兄弟幫科恩、沃卓斯基、法拉里有名，但是他們的兩部低成本電影《威脅2:社會》（Menace2:Society）、《死亡總統》（Dead Presidents）都取得了不錯的反響。作為黑人，能夠打進電影製作圈在好萊塢也十分不易，而他們正是擅長於展現美國黑人絕望陰鬱的生存環境。
