新當老師的陳俠(甄子丹飾)，一入職便遇上學校殺校危機，又要面對一眾品學皆劣的問題學生，包括好勇鬥狠的偉聰(駱明劼飾)、印巴籍祖發(劉朝健飾)、男人頭得男(李靖筠飾)、專注力不足的啟程(湯君慈飾)及只會打遊戲機的啟賢(湯君耀飾)。

陳俠運用非常教學的手法，化解每位學生的問題，終把全班學生收服。正當一切漸入佳境時，班內卻發生嚴重事故，班主任陳俠成為公審物件。陳俠的教師資格更面臨被教育局吊銷。

當師生上下為前途、為學校努力之際，卻不知有不法商人看準學校的地皮，陰謀正悄悄醞釀。身經百戰的陳俠，被逼再次放下教師身份，與一眾師生合力展開一場學校守護戰。
