《湯瑪士小火車》（英語：Thomas and Friends，2003年之前為Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends ）是一個英國的兒童電視節目系列，於1984年在英國的ITV網絡上首次播出。該節目源自牧師威爾伯特·艾屈萊（英語：Rev. Wilbert Vere Awdry）與其子克里斯多福·艾屈萊（英語：Christopher Awdry）共同創作的《鐵路系列》書籍。該系列書籍講述了一群住在虛構島嶼「多多島」的擬人化鐵路機車及公路車輛的冒險經歷。這些作品源自於艾屈萊為他當時正從麻疹中復原的兒子Christopher所說的故事。前四季中的許多故事都是基於艾屈萊的親身經歷。
