是好萊塢著名爛片導演伍德自編自導並化名自演的邪典名片，混合了大量現成的資料片鏡頭（stock footage），手法超級笨拙卻製造出意想不到的“笑果”，比如在講解男人閹割變女人時，配以鋼柱冶煉的鏡頭，十分搞笑。本身有異裝嗜好的伍德藉助當時一樁轟動的變性新聞，解釋了變性和異裝的區別，並呼籲大眾寬容這些社會的邊緣人。著名恐怖片演員勒古西的表演極其誇張，夢幻場景有點痴人說夢的味道，解說詞幼稚而真誠。跟後來被“譽為”有史以來最大爛片的《外星第九號計劃》相比，本片似乎略勝一籌。
