一個在酒吧上班的妙齡女子Por (Inthira Charoenpura飾)，某天晚上，遭遇仇家追打跌進了河裡，醒來驚覺自己躺在醫院中，並得知已懷有身孕的訊息，自此之後，嬰孩的啜泣聲、充滿怨氣的女子、詭異怪邪的畫面，便不斷地在她似夢似真的生活中出現，恐懼與害怕的情緒讓她幾近崩潰……
